I am in and out of Juniper and Cisco equipment, as well as Unix boxes, all day long. ZOC has never failed me. I even use it for serial console connections when a piece of equipment won't allow SSH/Telnet connections.

Is it expensive? If you think all Mac software should be $20, then I suppose it is. For me, the price is reasonable. ZOC isn't a game which will sell thousands of copies. The target audience is considerably smaller, so the price will be higher, as the publisher will sell far fewer copies.

ZOC works flawlessly, day in and day out. It is worth every penny.
