iSoftPhone is not very cheap - there are many other sip phone applications out there - for free.
So, why do I choose iSoftPhone? First - I really like the apple address book integration. For me, iSP has a very good look and feel - simple to use and a nice look, just "Apple like".
Support seems to be ok too. For example Configuration guide for sip provider, eMail reply is fast.
