Very nice and simple client. I've been using it for years. I have one little problem, and it's hard to explain:
When trying to Organize the torrents on the ap "menu" itself, it's hard to put the torrent where you want it. As you hold the torrent over the place you want it in, the Client gives you a split second to drop the torrent, and if you are off, it goes back to where it was. It can be very frustrating.
I tried to update this twice by Updating from inside the Client. It D/Ls a file that opens as a dmg file (I think it was dmg) that starts to update and then hangs.
After a half hour of hanging I quit and rebooted and tried again. Same thing.
I'm having problems with this last version. If I "grab" jpgs off of the browser window, after a few, my desktop freezes. I dumped the browser cache and there was no difference.
I also get an odd "blink" when I grab a jpg almost like a really fast refresh on the browser page.
Also my scroll buttons on my keyboard are now herky-jerky jumping rather than smooth browser scrolling.
Just a few thoughts: So if you have 2 drives, do you have to D/L Lion twice?
And what about starting Disk Utilities from an Install Disc? If you make a Partition so you can start from there, you're using up another 4 GBs on that Drive, and if that Partition gets corrupted...?
This all seems very odd to me since I've heard rumors that Apple will be selling Flash Drives w/ Lion for $80.
The newest version does NOT transcode on a PPC Mac. It does, however, connect to my G5 to play any file that my PS3 will normally play... but no transcoding.
Assuming there was an older version that worked on a PPC, I was hoping to find it on their site... no luck.
I'm curious... If more than half the Macs out there that are in use are PPC... Then why are we all getting the Intel shaft?
I think it's sad that I have a 6 year old computer that's no longer supported... and I'm much too broke to buy a new Mac. Is Universal Binary that bad?

I'm on a G5 os x 10.5.8 and the v1.02.1 does connect to my computer (same as the newest version) but doesn't seem to do any transcoding.

Adobe Flash Player
The requirements say:
"Intel."
And it also says:
"Intel Core Duo 1.33GHz or faster processorPowerPC G3 500MHz or faster processor."
And then when you D/L it... It says Flash no longer supports PPC.

Second... From what I've read the Intel design is not "moving Forward." I've read that it's not as good an architecture as PPC.
I am far from an expert... but I did enjoy this discussion:
