I have not heard of anyone experiencing corrupted tags since MPFreaker beta 3 was out, about five months ago. Unless I get some e-mail from you (or someone else experiencing some kind of tag corruption), I'll have to assume you're just trying to cause trouble, Mr. Anonymous.
I understand your surprise ... I share it. This is the first I've heard of All Media doing this. Because of MPFreaker's design, right now I am turning off its use of allmusic.com, and so everyone's existing copy of MPFreaker out there will stop using allmusic.com within the next couple of days ... so what happened to you hopefully won't happen to very many people, and would only be of concern to those with fixed IP addresses. MPFreaker uses three other sources of information, so it will still do its job, though with a perceptibly lower "hit rate" for now.
Assuming that the denial of access for your IP address is permanent (which it may not be), if you have a fixed IP address then you would indeed need to e-mail them and tell them that the software you were using no longer uses allmusic.com, and that it was only ever for your personal use. If you don't have a fixed IP address, power cycling your DSL/cable modem will do the trick.
