DYMO Labelwriter

Purchased the LabelWriter 400 Turbo a little over a year ago and it has worked flawlessly on my G5 running the latest OS X versions and the 7.0.0.17 version of the Dymo software. Well, the interface leaves much to be desired and the data management plain sucks, but it does what it's supposed to do.

Got a notice to update to 7.6 today. When I went to install it, it prompted me for my admin password. Why does a label printer require admin privileges?!!
