Do not try to uninstall this by dragging it the trash. Use the uninstall menu command within the program.

I didn't and it found my console log filled with messages about tao.effect, Espionage, and iSpy.

I heart you.

Worked on pictures taken on a Canon G10. I did use a card reader.

Got almost all pics, out of 179 erased, 2 were not recovered.

I bought this to add a watermark to geotagged photos I wanted to upload to flickr. I didn't realize that is strips out EXIF data. As is, Imagewell is useless to me. I should have spent more time with the demo before I bought.

I've been using this for years. So long I can't even remember when I bought it. Never been charged to upgrade. It does exactly what is advertised. No problems ever.

Bad enough to pay $25 + $5 shipping and handling, but I had to fight with their site to get my log-in accepted. Bad TechTool Pro, very bad!

Simple to install and use.

Beta version 1.6a1 works for me with 10.4.11 and Safari 3.0.4. Only problem is that the options to block GIF animation are greyed out.

DEVONthink Pro Office

Flexible and powerful enough to meet all my needs. Search and Auto-Classify features are fast and alleviate the need to laboriously tag everything (You can use the comments field to tag if needed). I have been using a version of DevonThink for nine months and have never had a crash. OCR feature in Pro Office is great value. Readris is $130, ProOffice is $150. Support is great, check out the forums, they'll even help you write scripts.

Having trouble saving, With help from the developer, I deleted the application and preference files, emptied the trash, restarted, re-installed the program and all is fine now.

The kids like this.
