I've purchased DragonBurn v3 and DragonBurn v4. Version 4 of DragonBurn will NOT burn higher than 4x on some CD burners. DragonBurn v3 works fine. This is a known issue per the company. I've contacted the company numerous times and when I ask them when this issue might be resolved. All they ever say is "I don't know". Also, head of tech suppport will not return my calls. Neither will pre-sales department. Ask if THEY could check with the developer and check for e.t.a for a fix. Was told no. Ask if they had a manager I could speak to in customer service and was told there was no such thing! :( This company has some issues when it comes to customer service and fixing bugs. Be careful.
