I purchased the upgrade online, and when I arrived at the order completion/download page, there was no download button. I tried both Safari and Camino with the same results. I received a confirmation email for the purchase. When I contacted Symantec Customer Support, I was told the order was still in processing, and I would receive a second "confirmation" email with a download link. Anyone else ordered the upgrade online and seen this?
