Honestly, I'm gonna say that in terms of OS X, I've not been disappointed with anything more than the selection of LJ clients available. This one is by far the best, but that's not saying much. The bottom line is that it's unstable and crashes for what seems absolutely no reason, it lacks rich editing capabilities (and if it has 'em, I can't find 'em.) It's slow to login, it's awkward to use and most of the options are hidden. I've found managing things with it like you can with the visions client is close to impossible. Really, after about a week with XJournal I just gave up and started updating via the website again. A complete waste of my time and really not worth yours. The web-based update forms are much more user-friendly and versatile than this.
