As an enthusiast photographer, I've used many different companies to get photo albums created and printed and Blurb's BookSmart is by far the best.
The options are numerous, where other programs only allow a small number of page layouts. And most importantly, the quality of the books is excellent with great prints. Having used Blurb for the past 5 years, there have been one or two misprints, but the Service was great as a free reprint was sent immediately.
This combined with a reasonable price and fast shipping to the Netherlands makes it a winner for me!
Tried it for a couple of days and although it seemed to work OK, I very much dislike the new interface. Takes too much of the screen and lacks clarity of what one is doing compared to Version 2.8. It also seemed more resource intensive.
Moved back to V2.8.
Great piece of software. After playing around with other converters, this turned out to be the best for converting avi to something my iPad can handle. Read this for the best settings: http://forum.handbrake.fr/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=16303
Works well, is stable and being able to add files to the queue - while it is converting - is great too.
I like this app (and even purchased a license) but it is not working as well (for me) as X-Lite beta. Once connected, bits and pieces for the conversation go missing or are delayed, and typing in e.g. a conference ID (DTMF codes) rarely results in the other end deducting the right digits from the tones. Not reliable enough for me...
For those getting large amounts of e-mail (50+ per day), this is a very useful piece of software. I've been trialling this for a few weeks now and will purchase the license. MailHub is a great help in battling the flood e-mails; setting reminders, archiving messages, and deleting whole threads has become much easier. Despite this being a pre V1.0 release, I did not run into bugs or problems.
Would be nice to have a 'Delete Thread Except Last' option. :-)
Excellent utility. I'm using it for a while now (6+ months) and it has always worked flawlessly. There are other good utilities out there (sometimes also free) that do more or less the same. Have tried a couple but prefer this one because it is simple (no unnecessary bells & whistles) and it runs in the background; I don't have to launch anything before I can safely drag an application to the waste bin. Big thanks to the developer!
[Version 1.1.4]

Good controls, very nice levels, and the whole playing experience is just great fun. Recommended and indeed incredible that it is free.
Minor gripe: plays fine but the application crashes when quitting (on Mac 10.6.4).
