Fyi, Mac OS X Preview works for converting multiple images into a single PDF very easily.

1. Drag folder of images onto Preview application
2. Drag thumbnails in sidebar to order
3. Command-A to select all
4. Command-P to print -> save to PDF

If you navigate into the application package and execute the binary file directly, the Terminal displays a ZeroLink error.

Obviously the developer forgot to disable Xcode's ZeroLinking when he compiled this version.
