SynergyKM, where have you been all my life? I just spent an hour or two playing around with the command line synergy interface trying to get everything working with no success. I stumbled upon this program and was up and running in literally 5 minutes! Awesome!

My server is an XP machine. Clients are a Windows 7 RC computer and a Mac. Only thing I had to do to get it to work was use the servers IP address instead of its name. I had already set up the configuration of the screens on my server so everything was ready to go when I installed SynergyKM on the Mac. I now have a wall of monitors at my command. Five stars.
