Tumult HyperEdit

First I tried a trial of the award winning BBEdit, an excellent program but a little too expensive. After a while I found this program, which offered many features I was looking for in a HTML/PHP editor (validation, live preview, code snippets, unicode support, Javascript console).

Moreover, the developer seems to be open to suggestions and promised to release an universal binary (free for registered 1.x users). Only downside is the stability, which is not really bad and is said to improve in later versions.
