The program installs well. But...since the update to 4.1.1 seems to not even allow one to install a virtual lion machine. My attempt to contact support lead to a 30min tour of a website that seemingly did not allow any way to contact support 9 (only sales). It may be currently reduced, but the amount of time i spent on it mea that i have lost money. I cannot speak to any other version, but surely the ability to contact customer support has to be basic.
