My thanks to the folks at Nova Media. They didn't actually send me a new plugin, they worked with me to fix the one I had (that should have worked). They did it for me in just two email exchanges in less than a week when I had struggled for months with several other vendors trying to figure out the cause of the problem. I recommend the company highly for understanding their product and for providing superior support.
