I couldn't get ShareTool to work in neither a Lion nor a Snow Leopard boot partition on my MBP. I emailed the dev with screen shots of my settings and was told I was good to go. There's probably a settings issue with my router, but the dev never got back to me to trouble shoot. The 6 day trial is ridiculously short if there's no response for tech support. I'll find another way.

Sorry, Johnny, you didn't reply to my email, or I would be up and running with ShareTool and I wouldn't be writing this. I take these reviews seriously, because it's too easy to fake them. Users should know when there's a problem with a product or the support for the product.

I have to give Presence 5-stars on tech support alone. Adrian worked with me over several days to help resolve my problem. We exchanged 16 emails. Wow!

The application works as advertised. For downloading files remotely, it's great. With screen sharing, it's the technophobe's VPN.
