I've been using Spamfire since I switched over to OS X from OS 9. It has always worked great, but, the new Spamfire.net feature seems to have made it even better. Since I've been on the net for years now with the same email address I get TONS of spam. Spamfire.net seems to have knocked the spam that gets through WAAAY down!
EXTREMELY SLOOOOOOOOW!
Every disk made on FastDVD will not play on my JVC DVD player...my player plays ALL formats and has NEVER given me a problem when using DVD Backup, DVD2One, DVD Imager.
This is a good aoo, but beyond that try getting in touch with the developer(s). I just spent 10 minutes looking around their webpage and I can't find a simple email.
I really like this browser!
For some reason I stopped using Camino a while ago but they've made some updates and I think it may replace Safari for me.
It's much faster and got the same features that I use.
Going to use it and check it out but it may be it for me!
Shapeshifter does nice looking things to your system but be prepared for wierdness.
I have a relatively fast G4: Macintosh G4 Gigabit/Ethernet, OS X 10.2.8 & 10.3.3, Powerlogix 1.4 GHZ Dual Processor upgrade, 1.5 GB RAM, and Shapeshifter IMMEDIATELY started making my system act up.
I don't know why I even installed it...got a bug up my bumbly or something. I (should) know better...I like to run and EXTREMELY lean OS and anytime you install enhancment crap you're absolutely going to sacrifice performance. That's not saying that everyone will experience problems...I run some heavy duty music/MIDI programs and Final Cut Pro in 10.2.8 and web authoring programs in 10.3.3. If you aren't doing anything crazy you might be okay, but if you start to experience problems as you install more stuff Shapeshifter may be the culprit.
very, VERY vague manual...more like a hint of what you might do instead of a clear, indepth, step-by-step instruction. The app seems very nice but everything is very unclear.
The online manual asks you to click buttons and open windows that are not there in the app (or if they are there are wrongly named).
Way too high of a price to pay for software that I have to figure out for myself.
I wouldn't rate this because I don't want to trash a nice piece of software(?) when it may be me that's being a bit thick, but...

How am I supposed to review and then buy a piece of software that keeps telling me that if I buy it I can then watch the channels?
The developer(s) should be ashamed of himself!
