Things has been very useful and innovative, but the competition has made progress whereas this app did not evolve. For the very high price I paid for the Mac, iPod, and iPad I paid, the very minimum that I would expect today is an update that integrates into iCloud. I have 3 devices to keep in sync and this is awfully insane with Things. Still for the rest, the team did an excellent job, great design and powerful software. It misses just iCloud

Critics are quite hard on this new version of Skype. I agree the UI is not an improvement but a huge step back. Many useless component take too much useful place, but at least it does not crash and I am still able to Videochat with my friends and family.

I am trying to find something that I miss in this software, but no matter how hard I try, I can't find anything I don't like. A very useful all in one tool for a very fair price.

I tried Mozy this week-end, I liked the straight forward interface, and the fact, that they have an unlimited data plan. But the upload is incredibly bad, you will probably need a year to get 100GB of Backup uploaded (though I have a 10Mbits upload connection). The second big issue is the backup itself, exluding files on a Mac, does not seem to work correctly, and ignores the 20GB of VMWare disk images I exluded from the backup. A big big plus for Mozy, is the fact that you can use a private key to encrypt your data before backing them on their servers. That is what I am really missing on iDrive.
