FontExplorer X Pro

Have used pre-1.0 for over a month.

After a few days of testing we replaced our Suitcase with it.

New nice. The font-scanning of PDF files is awesome.

PowerMail

I had some initial issues with their homepage & support. But it's a minor problem for a great product. If you have thousands of messages and have to frequently search though them - you'll love this.

Blazing fast searches.
Great scripting abilities.

I am already looking at replacing all my email clients with PowerMail.

PowerMail

We have been looking for a better email client for our incoming business for a long time. An average month is 1000 emails with 2GB of attachments.

We have nearly every client there is. The winner was Mailsmith. We bought it and used it. We would still be using it except for it's terribly slow searches.

Second place was PowerMail. A content search across 4,000 messages takes 1 second. No kidding. Awesome. We bought it and have liked it except for the issue of NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

It's been eight days since we bought it and emailed the support that their "Tools" links were down at:
http://www.ctmdev.com/support/main.php?S=tools&PROD=powermail

I never got a reply and they haven't fixed the link.

Not sure if I would recommend PowerMail to anyone else (until they get their act together)

About 30 minutes after that post - they emailed me wondering what I was not able to find. A nice fellow named "jean michel" fixed their homepage so that the support downloads were linked correctly.

I tried joining the mailing list - but have never got a reply.

OK. Instead of using the submit form on the homepage, I sent an email to the address listed on the form. It works.

I guess they were preparing for the new release and neglected their HTML...?
