Safe Eyes is a fantastic program but terrible and glitchy for the Mac. It randomly will disable itself (allowing unrestricted web access for periods of time), the usage time controls work half the time are are incredibly easy to get around (just close the computer before the time it shuts off and open it after the time it shuts off), there is no way to customize presets (so either type in a bunch of words you'd like blocked and hope they work or use a preset and say goodbye to sites like Netflix, Hotmail, Google (sometimes), Facebook (sometimes)). Usage reports (to send real time reports when someone is trying to get around the program) are vague and unhelpful, offering you a list of "questionable" websites without detail. For example, an average report would say "Google.com, ads.com, yieldmanager.com" and that's it. Customer service is extremely friendly but also extremely unhelpful. Their response will always be to reinstall the program or that the program does not have those features. This has been the worst program I have ever purchased for the Mac and I regret having it.
