Looks pretty, but as Shidong suggests, the app needs work. Not being able to import the lyrics into iTunes makes this app totally useless for my purposes. De-installed 2 minutes after trying to work out how to place lyrics where they belong. Sure, it's possibly a copyright issue, but what's the point of having an app open showing the lyrics when you can't integrate it with iTunes, or use it for search purposes?
No bad to begin with: needs some improvement. I, too was stumped by not seeing any songs. Seems strange to have to open iTunes and select songs first. Second, once it works through the songlist, the resultant table is not sortable, so the next step is also awkward.
Whilst it is pretty fast at finding lyrics, scrolling through over a thousand songs to find the few resultant 'Lyrics found' tags is extremely tedious. This could be made a much quicker operation by allowing the field title to be selected and sorted (not just selected).
It would also make sense to have some kind of filter or search tool, and to be able to CHOOSE which lyrics can be applied (not just 'All found lyrics', or none at all).
Not bad for work in progress (and it's free, so these things are just picky). A few problems:
1. When typing text, the background image interferes with the text, making it difficult to type (or check typing).
2. The logo, background, and Welcome Text' 'sticks', but on re-opening Ravissant 1.26, the 'Welcome Text' is forgotten. This is a problem.
3. The order of elements across the top of the screen (Logo, OS Text, Welcome Text, Host Info, Background) is in the wrong order. It should follow the flow of the elements on the screen: Logo, OS Text, Host NAME, Welcome Text, Background. Note that it shouldn't be Host Info, but rather 'Host Name'.
4. On operating in Full Screen, (Command-F), I was unable to return to normal view, and my only option was to reboot the machine! Not very happy about that...
Other than that, it does what it says, and has been useful for me.
It would be good if the window that appears had the same aspect ratio as the overall screen used by the computer.
Sure, the background image will fit to the screen anyway, but nonetheless, it would be much more understandable (and less of a concern to the innocent user) if the window drawn size were a percentage of the actual monitor screen used by the computer, so that the background image had a square pixel representation. Only another minor point!
One more thing: it's not immediately clear that you can save different Login screens: perhaps it would be helpful to explain that either in the MacUpdate notes, or in the app itself. That's a true benefit that some people might not realise.
I would use this in a jiffy if it offered the same functionality as BluePhoneElite can manage on non-iPhones (yeah, I know that Apple ties up its private APIs, so this might never happen).
However, the idea that first, you need to run the app on your iPhone, THEN use this on your desktop, defeats the purpose of NOT using your iPhone.
What I'd REALLY like to see is the ability to dive right into the SMS in and out box without launching any app on the iPhone.
Then we would have what we previously had with BluePhoneElite - which I still miss terribly, and which has forced me to manage all SMS'es on my phone after so many years managing them on my computer.
I'd love to love Vienna, but from time to time it confuses and jumbles feeds (placing some news items in other feeds, dropping other news items altogether). I only wish that it was better than NNW et al, if only because it isn't placing gratuitous advertising all over the place.
But considering that it's free, I'm happy enough...
Doesn't work for me. Followed instructions implicitly. I don't get an error when using the bundle (it isn't automatically disabled), but Herald doesn't operate.
Hmmm. Both strings appear in the array of the info.plist file, and after a reboot it seems to work - some of the time. I send messages from one of my accounts to another, and nothing appears. Most strange.

Oddly, you'd have thought that this version was designed for iOS, not OS X.

PhoneDisk
The 'Help' page is non-existent (online). Could do with some tidy-up of the various splash screens (and reduce them to two, or one!).
Typos in app need fixing, too - the Welcome Screen has 'Reval in Finder'. The 'About Phone Disk' screen says that my copy is 'registed'.
but hey, it's free...
