Tested on Mac OSX 10.5.2 Intel iMac Core2Duo 2 Ghz, 1 Go RAM.
The setup is quite long to go tru but on the other hand it needs to gather much infos about your voice so its ok.
The interface is easy to use and responding pretty well to computer commands (Open apps, nav tru windows and finder). The app do take a lot of RAM. Diminishing your multi-tasking ability.
You will need to give more infos on your voice after setup to the dictating tool cuz the setup seem not to gather enough from voice at start. The dictating tool is kinda slow to type your words. Sometimes you wounder if it got your speeched words right.
The accuracy of the tool is quite good though. Surprises me everytime. The vocubulary training is a good addition too, widens the tool capacity to understand your speech. The coolest thing is the use of the tool, natively on almost all you installed apps, you dont even need to setup for other apps uses. The software detects your apps.
The pricing is kinda high considering there is still considerable work to be done on this app. But very promising.
Wow.. works very smoothly and fast, exept for built in isight and mic that doesnt work. Internet works fine (lan) exept for wireless (airport). Video seem to be well aupported. Drag n drop between disks goes well too.
Love it.
iMac, Leopard 10.5.1, core 2 duo, 2ghz, 1 go ram, running xp pro sp2.
I use Butler, its free and you can add as many custom drop menus and shortcuts as you want.. And you can reorganize the placing in the menubar. Even got a finder menu switcher like old days.
That's what I'm talkin' about !!! Conveinient, simple and fast. I use it to prevent file movin'/deletin' when my child (or girlfriend ;-) plays on my mac.
The best locking app I've tried yet. No problems encountered with OS X 10.3.9.
How can i copy the extracted files on a dvd so it will play on a dvd player ?(like a disk image). Cuz the extracted files are in a folder not disk image.. thank you
I've deleted the app, and the "little snitch UIAgent is still runinng. I've searched for it but cannot be shown in spotlight.. This app leaves crap behind when deleted, be careful. Im not happy with this
Ok. the recording option is in the menu status in menubar. (you have to enable the option in the prefs)
Works good !!! No conflicts with Leopard 10.5.1, itunes 7.6 and quicktime 7.4.
Repairing permissions can helpsolve your crashes and conflicts.
Listen works on my iMac intel core duo 2 (but not all the stations I listen on itunes works on this). with itunes 7.6 and quicktime 7.4. How do we record ? no options available to record the stream ??!!
