Though I am an expatriate in China, I live and work here in Beijing. I like QIM. I want to buy QIM but my many, many emails to the software publishers have been ignored. I do not want to use Pay-pal, as Pay-pal wants my PIN for my American bank account! I won't give them that. But why cannot the publishers of QIM, who are here in China, answer emails, whether sent in Chinese or English, about how to buy their product!? How in the world do local Chinese buyers buy the product (answer: they don't).
