Did a quick try with three photos, first with PanoEdit, after that with DoubleTake. Both are rather quick, but the result of DoubleTake is much, much better. PanoEdit cuts large part of the photos that still are part of the DoubleTake panorama.
Sorry, I changed the name of the album and didn't realize that the link changed too. Find my panorama here:

Bought this software some time ago. Sometimes it showed a strange behavior, but nevertheless I like it very much. Working in the finder is a lot more easy and comfortable, especially when you need to work with two different windows in the same time. I agree: Apple should integrate this in the finder.
What this software is supposed to do? I downloaded the Lite version to discover if it can do something worthful for me. But it's completely unclear how to start using this program. The help window doesn't contain any helpful information.
This is a mini-review. I tried already a lot of OCR-software and if it was not rather expensive the results were not so good. Today tried PDF OCR 1.7.1 with two text, one in Dutch, one in Brazilian Portuguese. The Dutch text black on a blue background, in a compressed font, the Portuguese text black on white, in a clear font (Helvetica-like).
The 'translation' of the Portuguese text was almost perfect, however without any formating. The 'translation' of the Dutch text needed a lot of correction, sometimes because of the original print, mostly because PDF OCR made unnecessary mistakes (the Dutch word u for you, for example, was translated 38 times correctly, but 7 times replaced by f.e. LI, rt or tr. For the Dutch text the reliability was rather poor, for the Portuguese text the result was good.
Be carefull with X-Lite Beta for Mac. I used it, but some days ago I got (and other users too) the message that X-Lite has expired - without any warning about this. I downloaded a new version, but then all my contacts were gone. CounterPath Support says: this is beta software, so on your own risk, enter your contacts again or buy another version.
For me reason enough not longer to trust this software. It seems to be a manner to get you buy a payed version. If CounterPath would have warned me before: okay. But this way? Thank you!
Many years I used a lot of beta software. Never before a supplier of such software did make expire the software without any notice before. If the supplier had warned me before, I could have decided to buy the software and save my contacts. Now I loosed all, without any warning. For me it was a policy of the supplier to make you buy a payed version, without telling you in time about this policy.
Beta software can contain bugs etcetera, and I should accept that. But beta software should not have an expire date included without telling the users.
I read about a trial version of ABBY FineReader, but on their site I found only a trial version for Windows. Sent an e-mail to ABBY to find out how to download a trial version for the Mac. After 25 days I'm still waiting for an answer ...
I know that MacUpdate Desktop can do more then the widget. But if you didn't install a lot of software that can change any moment, it seems to be enough. I'll give MacUpdate Desktop the free 10-days trial. Who knows ...
Installed the newest version of ClamAV. But the information window of the program tells me that it is still version 1.1.1 (185), the same version that I already installed some time ago.
Now I'm wondering if I'm using the old version or a new one with outdated information.
Found this software recently and am lucky with this. This is just what I wanted for a lot of time. Offers functions that iCal should have offered itself. Thank you very much, developer, for this stuff. It works completely fine for me. Mac OS X 10.5.7, iMac PowerPC.
Am a lucky user of Dropbox. Yesterday night installed the upgrade 0.7.110. This morning Dropbox didn't start up. Error message:
Dropbox Error
Un expected error has occurred during execution of the main script.
ImportError: No module named traceback.
Had to re-install version 0.7.97 and after that Dropbox needed a long time to synchronize, however after about 15 minutes the program reported that only one (small) file had been replaced.
Downloaded the fore last version of Jing (freeware), that worked on my iMac G5 with Leopard. After two days the program invited me to download an updated version. Downloaded it, but immediately after installing and touching the sun the first time it vanishes. Downloaded the last version since then several times, but nothing helps.
I bought the elder version in February 2008. Downloaded today the new version via the 'registered.html' page - and got a message that I didn't fill in a correct code.
The first time I was happy with TimeMachine, to put back the elder version ... What did I do wrong?
