I've been using 1Password for a few years. It's been a dream software and has always worked A+.
Lately the last update became corrupt during download. I noticed it was an issue of my internet provider. There was a glitch during the download process, however I did not think it would affect the update.

I went ahead and did the update anyway. The update did not work as expected since it was corrupted. I was in the middle of a critical situation, needing access to several important passwords to employers. In less than 24 hrs their Chief Evangelist had sent me an email with detailed instructions as to how to fix the problem.

I am a Mac specialist serving the pro-audio industry. I generally fix my own problems but did not want to risk loosing my passwords out of ego.
The problem was fixed and there was even a follow up!
It reminded me of my own private practice. If you are a project studio owner, or you are the Grammy guy... you will get a call or email from me within that period of time.
