This does what it says, it works very well in stripping out white space, truncating tags and even displays a percentage of the original file size that was saved. I haven't tried it with more complicated css files, with many comments and hacks, but for basic ones it does work well.
The only issue I have is that its a widget, so click and hold the file, hit F12 and then drop the file on the widget. But CSS Tweeak! is as simple as a drag and drop.
