I don`t agree. iBackup let you select the items you want to restore, but only the same granularity as you have backed up. Let me explain: If you back up the whole folder documents (you select it in your home folder), you are able to restore the documents folder but not particular items of it. If you want to do that, you must backup these items first. In this example you must back up (or select) the items of the folder documents (or you select it as a smart folder), then you are able to restore all items individually. See the help on the web page for more details.
