I'd used Fontcase for several years, and loved the iTunes-like interface for quickly managing fonts (dragging between collections, smart collections, tags, etc.). Simple, easy to use, and it worked well!
Unfortunately, the 2.0 update brings an all-new user interface that breaks all but the most simplistic of use cases. Even basic functions such as adding a font to a collection became horribly obtuse, requiring two to three times as many clicks, without any way to do it visually (drag-and-drop between sections now requires modifier keys while hovering over buttons in the top bar - you can't even see collections and tabs simultaneously). Deeply disappointed, but glad the developer provides a demo - I knew within minutes I could never upgrade.
Version 1.x is still usable, albeit with a few lingering bugs, but with the developer abandoning the user base (the 2.0 redesign focuses on font browsing, NOT management), I'm looking elsewhere for a good font app. I'd recommend you do the same.
While I'm looking forward to having some of these features included natively in OSX Lion (as previous reviewers have pointed out, and I expect to be faster/more responsive), something I'll continue to rely on is option for key modifiers to control window moving and resizing. Honestly, it's a weird feature for HyperDock to include (it's not remotely dock related), but incredibly useful.
I currently have it set up to move any window my mouse is over while holding control-option, and resize while holding control-option-shift. Very helpful, as I'm never reaching for the title bar or bottom-right-hand-corner...it speeds up window management rather nicely.
I needed to quickly sign a document, this let me do it! Docked a star for not having a working undo feature though (shows up in the menu, but permanently greyed out, it seems).
I'm upping my previous one-star rating to two stars...the Last.fm client no longer causes fatal crashes in iTunes, but it stalls a CPU core at 100% every time it finds plays on my iPhone, then waits for input even though the preferences are set to auto-submit. Meanwhile my MBP heats up like crazy. Not cool, guys, not cool...
Fantastic little utility, and exactly what I was looking for. A few more features (such as advanced YUI options) would be appreciated, but for free, how can I complain? Thanks!
This is the single most unstable application I've installed on my mac in the past year (and I've tried a LOT of apps). 9 times out of 10, it fatally crashes iTunes during iPhone sync. Which is too bad, because there are very few alternatives that track plays made on mobile devices like the iPhone, iPods, and iPad. Unless you have no other choice, don't even download.

Tragic, as Fontcase used to be a favourite.
