Missing Sync for BlackBerry

Missing Sync for BlackBerry 2.0 is an absolute disaster. I spent eight hours today trying to set it up, with an ultimately totally unproductive exchange of emails with their tech support person who was getting info about his own company's software problems from Crackberry forums and elsewhere. I purchased the original version, the performance of which has been sub-par but sufficient to sync calendars and address books, which meets my core needs. Version 2.0 does not work at all.

My recommendation: DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE!
