First, there is a Back Up Service charge of $4.25. This can be removed, which I did.
Second, I chose to pay using Pay Pal. I then was hit with a $3.50 Surcharge. I'm not sure what the Surcharge was for, but it just annoyed me. It is like buying a car and getting all those charges added on after you agreed to a price.
Although I liked using the demo version, I did not buy it because I just got annoyed.
