I've used TopXNotes since I saw a demo of it at our Mac user group in 2005. It's very handy for capturing and retrieving all sorts of information. Much of my use involves saving things I come across on the web, like photography and motorcycle maintenance tips.

It's a neat little program that I am pleased to recommend highly.
