I have found Chronos' customer service to be very poor. I have had a couple of problems connecting to the database - in fact, right now I am unable to open Notes. I have sent two "emergency" queries to them and have had nothing so far except an automated "Do not reply" response. It's been four days!
My problem is that I have recently ported everything over to a new MacBookPro and when I try opening Notes I get a message that it is unable to connect to the database. All the data appears to be intact in my Library, but it just doesn't see it for some reason. Maybe someone reading this can help?
