Price is $19 not $14 as the MU site says. Tried to convert AIFF-C (from an iPhone recording -- the single most popular field recording device in the history of humanity) to an mp3 -- the most common portable audio format... you get the point. Doesn't work -- complains that it cannot complete. On may files, takes you to a troubleshooting site that is ineffective. When you purchase, the page they attempt to have paypal open after your transaction completes does not exist on their server.

It's just a crappy product, stay away!
