Some are good, some are not so good, but without fail, every single one has tried to make me work their way.
This is the first App I have used that just does as much or as little as I want it to. Combined with the iPone/iPod Touch/iPad version, (which simply syncs and works) it's simply a sublime experience.
I just love brilliant software that improves my life, this is up there with the greats like Photoshop!

Get Backup

Using Toast fails, using the built in CD burner is more successful, but there is a lack of feedback about what has failed once things fail, leaving you with no clue as to how to solve the issue... even worse on one backup it stated that it had been successful, when nothing had happened.
I totally support shareware, but this is a definite try before you buy!
It could be something on my system is the issue, but neither myself or their support could see anything.
Shame, as potentially this is very very good indeed.

That isn't the problem!
The problem is that this company has the worst sales and support I have EVER come across!
The licensing system is the worst in the world, I haven't yet come across any software that is so restrictive, truly awful!
And the top it all their pricing for upgrades is simply insulting!
In the current economic climate, their "Special" upgrade price is a joke, I will certainly never, ever, ever spend on single cent more on this software... good luck guys, because your attitude has lost you one more customer!
I'm going to simply erase this software from my Mac and find another solution... which will probably be a postscript print, seeing as how I can buy an A4 model for the upgrade price, and not make my life hell going through your activation system.
Wake up! Read you reviews, they are getting worse, start looking in the dictionary for the words Support, Value and Trust.
This is the first time I have ever stopped using software that works, simply because of the companies support/sales policy.

Yep it can be done in PhotoShop or in a 3D app, but this makes something quite complex extremely easy.
The developer is responsive and actively improves the app, in the 6 months since buying it it has had 6 updates each adding new features.
I can't rave enough about how good this app is!
