It works and well! Works free with my free AIM account but it says for more/higher quality streams, you need a paid AOL account.

It theoretically works but you have to supply the driver for it yourself. I believe the iSight driver from Boot Camp works so spend a couple minutes searching online.

Under "Edit Host," change the Interface value from Default to External. My guess is you are most likely behind a Cable/DSL modem/router and are not having the modem forward it's IP to your machine.
