I uploaded a new version that should install more smoothly. Try downloading again if you were experiencing problems before.

Try quitting Dictionary.app, deleting ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Dictionary.plist, starting Dictionary.app, and making sure it is checked in the preferences. If that doesn't work, then I must conclude that it only works on Leopard (10.5).
