WARNING: Version 2.5.3150 is a "Release Candidate." It's not a final, stable version. If you want a more stable build, visit and download build 1970: http://www.parallels.com/en/download/desktop/
That said, version 2.5.3150 is a much more stable and less buggy than the previous release candidate, which really should have been labeled a regular beta test program.
Parallels is stable, the coherence feature makes switching between both OS X and Windows a lot more streamlined. I just wish that ArcGIS and GPS software are available for OS X so I wouldn't need something like this in the first place, but thank goodness Parallels is able to fulfill this need.
It's not the simplest thing to use in the world, but then again this is about interfacing with Windows (under Parallels). It required that I fiddle with the settings, but this little program allowed Windows to recognize a serial-based Garmin 76S GPS via a Keyspan serial-to-USB converter.
