this is almost certainly the best journaling software for the mac. a few others aren't bad, but in terms of functionality and features, macjournal has them beat handily, at least for me. it's also a great place to keep notes, bank info, account numbers, to do lists, random things, etc etc, so it also replaces a number of other programs. I was a little nervous when mariner took over development of this app, but it seems like it's developing very well.

not going to rate this, but filemaker apps are pretty much crap. just an opinion, I know, but yum! and a cook's books, while not nearly as feature-rich, are far more enjoyable to use.

Apple MobileMe Backup

"Checking for iDisk server...

Internal System Error

An unrecoverable internal error has occurred."

Satellite internet connection, but Backup's worked before on it. Apple tech help has no idea what to do. Help!
