This is a very elegant implementation -- very easy to input numbers, colorful tiles, and multiple difficulty settings.
There's an amazing feature that lets you print off any puzzle and gives you a code to continue that specific puzzle on the computer again if you want. (One bug I noticed is that the printout leaves off one of the zeros at start of the code.)
I would love to be able to increase the size of the tiles/board as well as take notes in the tiles (like the Sudoku game for PS3).

You can change the "Custom" folder to be whatever category name you'd like.
