PDF Split and Merge

It does not let you open PDF files. Can only open an XML file.

The GUI is non-intuitive and does not behave like any other application. I know it is because it is a Java application... however, I have seen much better Java applications.

The menus are useless and there is no help.

Don't waste your time with this app.
