Easy to use, powerful recovery capabilities with bootable DVD(without problem surely). As to the setback, 13M size a little big.I am hoping the software can be more powerful in its latter versions(Maybe Data Rescue IV) adding features like Recovery Vault like DiskDrill.

The Goods
1. The Demo version allows preview of photos and evaluate recovery quality before you buy the product.
2.Recover files from not just Mac, but iPods (except touch), USB drives and digital cameras.
Apart from pictures, the software 3. Can recover deleted videos and music files from Mac OS. Much needed if you’re good at clearing the trash carelessly!
4. Two recovery modes – Deleted Recovery and Deep Recovery, each having respective advantages.

The Bads
1. Inability to recover photos from iPhone and iPod Touch.
2. The software does not allow previewing video files.Unable to resume the recovery process.
