This has been nothing but trouble and support has been useless. I tkwpt popping up without warning canceling everything i was doing. to get rid of it, I had to go thru every folder in my root and personal library looking for and deleting everything with TT, techtracker or cnet mentioned.

as far as I am concerned, no other cnet app will ever appear on my computer.
