As mentioned on the developer's website, the Videotron Internet Usage Monitors "are now officially unsupported"
That sucks, but I did enjoy the ride. Thank you Guillaume.
I must admit, Growl grew on me. I wondered why anybody would use this. I am now at a point where I wouldn't be without it. I use screen zoom with the control key quite a lot. Usually my zoom hides the areas where a Growl message would pop up. I wish there where a Display Style that gave me the option to pop the notification right in the centre of the screen.
Wow! and double wow! I can't believe how powerful this is. It is such an optimum tool to quickly capture the main types of information such as text, images, bookmarks, web pages, pdf.
This tool even shows up in the service menu and print to pdf menu and these are but a few of the ways to get the same thing done: shove important information. And syncing with the mobile app on your iPod touch or iPhone is a perfect example of how it should be done. The author mentions that Spotlight will soon search any captured text file in ShoveBox. Well triple wow!
Wow!, and this is free? As they say on their site "t is possible to build rhythmic patterns ranging from the subtle to the outrageous". Just have a listen to their samples.
Indeed, merci Guillaume. Of course you can find this information otherwise, but it's a cool zip-zap kind of thing. I do wish the overall surface of the window was way much smaller though.
I keep getting an annoying error message after each manual updates. Anyone else getting an Update Error! message when using the Check for Updates option. Should I delete and reinstall?
