I have been searching for almost a year for an app like this. It has everything I need and more. It has the usual 'written' diary section, but also picks up local weather reports, applications you have used that day and all automatically. You can take a snap of yourself each day on your built in iSight cam.

I can't rate this app highly enough. When I had a problem with the install (my fault as it turns out) customer support was extremely fast, helpful and courteous.

If you're looking for a simple, handy and truly useful diary app don't hesitate get Chronories.
