@Drdul, the developer who's Italian told me that he would send on request the nag-free version to anyone who has supported the software. He cares for your privacy and doesn't allow himself to send unsolicited emails. He also checks regularly all comments on MacUpdate. If you've paid then please send him your name and in no time your nag-free version will arrive. By the way, Emanuel, I'm still waiting to receive my copy of the latest version! ;-) Fariborz

There are other products on their sites but not "Dragon Express". I believe the only way to buy it is through APP STORE which as I wrote 'unavailable for foreign clients'!

I just received an answer from Alex the developer on how to solve my update issue. His answer was accurate and comprehensive and in no time I was back to business. I had a question regarding my SMS delivery to some destinations. The developer answered my request with not one but two full detailed emails and solved the issue in no time. When it comes to customer service this company is second to none and support is what counts most when you want to make sure that your message is being delivered.

Hello. As a registered user of version one I would like to try the new version and eventually buy it. Unfortunately the new version doesn't allow me to test it because of the previous registered version. A message pops up telling me that the program was been installed for more that 150 days and refuses to run without registration. Is there a way to test the new version? Thanks.

To the developer:

This is a great product and has very useful sounds to eradicate the ambient noise and I'm willing to buy it. One thing stops me though: when I go to check out its price which is $7.95 shows â‚¬7.95 i.e. around $10.69. Add to this another 20% (VAT charged on European sales) and you come up with $12.82! I don't want to make a fuss but why do you presume that $7.95=â‚¬7.95! Thank you.

As I wrote before, this is a gorgeous product that has very well-made sounds and I bought it after a few days of trying it. Nonetheless I still argue that its price is NOT OBVIOUS at all and to make matters worse the new price shown on the developer's website is different from the one you see here. I regret I didn't receive any explanation from its developer in this regard. Still, despite the price issue if you need a simple and functioning program to combat your noisy surrounding then this is surely a valid product. Fariborz AMIRSHAHI - Verona (Italy)

I'd like to try this program but unfortunately it doesn't function for me. The first time I launched it all its menus were disabled. When I tried to relaunch it for the second time it showed a dialog box that its trial period was over! Something must be wrong here. Has anyone else got the same issue? I'm a registered user of the previous version of Schreiben. When version 5 was realeased it needed a serial number that as far as I understood was free of charge. I filled in twice the upgrade module on the developer's site to have my serial number but after nearly two months of waiting I've lost my patience and interest and don't use Schreiben any more. Hello David Wilson, I solved my problem by writing directly to the developer at: create.live.loveATgooglemail.com and not by filling in his form on the support page. He was quite responsive and very kind. I received an answer in a matter of hours. I suggest you do the same. Something might be wrong with his support page mail.
