Man, I miss xGestures. Surely trust the developer will update a version for Lion OS. It was great when it first arrived on the Mac scene and great up until Lion where is it hit a snag (called Lion).
Improvements in 2.1.1 (v21672):
Various bug fixes for issues encountered with the 2.1 update. That update incorporated a number of under the hood changes made in order to prepare for comic sharing with the iPad edition. Unfortunately it caused some issues which are addressed in this update.
The bug fixes are:
Trouble/crash opening some 1.X comics
PDF output orientation locked to portrait
PNG files losing transparency on export
Image in panel moving when resizing the panel
DigitalStrip limited to italics
Lint McCree font line height differences between regular/italic/bold
Slight misalignment of images in panels causing gaps
Images missing from comics created from user templates
Flickering editing area when working with vector images
iFileX is no longer in beta and the latest version is 1.1.1. The update feature in its preferences is now activated. From my first contact with the developer, he has been very responsive and open to suggestions. So far iFileX has found everything and does a great job of getting you quickly to where a specific file(s) is located and deleting it, if necessary. Hope to see iFileX further developed and fine-tuned. It's a keeper!
The current version of CosmoPod is not compatible with the latest Safari 5.1. We are working on a fix and we will provide a free upgrade when it's ready. Thanks for your patience.
To uninstall CosmoPod, you can delete the following folder (quit Safari first) : /Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins/CosmoPod.bundle.
@Arobulack, you give no specifics of what OS or Safari versions you are using. But, more important you need to take this up directly with the developer. I simply posted what I found at their website. Be cognizant that talks are continuing in the Apple Support Community forums that users' are incorrectly blaming specific software--be it third-party or Apple's--for issues, when in reality there might many factors at play causing said issues and not just one.
So far iFileX is the only app (for me) that has come close to finding all the files that the now defunct File Buddy does. If it were to match the full-featured File Buddy options, this developer will have a new customer. Great start, and I will be following the progress of this app until it is out of beta and into a GM.
While I agree with your statement regarding "findings", and I enjoy DEVONtechnologies work immensely, EasyFind is currently a free app with several features, but not a plethora of features. The development of iFileX (which seems to be heading in the final direction of a paid app) is convincing this developer to make a feature laden app such as File Buddy.
TabExpose Version 2.0 does not work with Safari Version 4.0.3 (5531.9). It will alter Safari's toolbar and you will have to hunt down TabExpose in your system's Input Manager folder and delete the TabExpose bundle to restore Safari.
Unfortunately this version, for me, has been a complete disasterÑa first in my usage of Speed Download. Freezes my system, and no matter what I try to do to rectify the situation it still freezes. It struggles with my keychain, although there is nothing wrong with my keychain. Even removing all Speed Download components, and starting fresh still leads to the same outcome. I had to revert version 5.1.4.
Found the problem to be two (2) Speed Download keychain files that I deleted and started anew. All is well, and many thanks to the developer for a great little app that I have now used for years!
Mine went crazy too, but the developer is aware of the issue:

Once installed you are unable to select Customize Toolbar in Safari. Tried to contact developer, and website give no means of doing so. There is no uninstall feature so I hunted down the pieces to remove them and return Safari back to normal.
