It's a cool idea, but I'm not thrilled with performance so far. Some of my problems may be user errors; it's hard to tell when documentation is nonexistent.
Generating and listening to a nap on my computer worked OK; the problems arose when I tried to export files for use on my iPod (using the option to add a nap to an iTunes playlist). On the first try, the filename showed up in iTunes, but the file (per iTunes, Spotlight, and every other search method I could think of) simply did not exist. On the second try, pzizz froze. On the third, I was able to generate a nap, but I didn't realise that the software defaults to the original settings unless you specifically save your own settings, so I ended up with a file I didn't want. On the fourth try, I discovered that it uses the same default filenames in each new session, so my previous file was overwritten without warning; fine in this case, but potentially problematic.
By the time I got the nap file onto my iPod, I was too annoyed to heed all those calls to relax. Overall, I'd say the software needs more work to be worth the price.
