PureFTPd Manager

Ember had trouble on 03 May 2007

I downloaded version 1.6.3 today -- I'm on a Mac (version 10.4.9). I'm having trouble with the user passwords. When I add a new user and set a password, then close the User Manager, the password always defaults back to a different 13-character password. (I can't tell what it is because it's all dots.) Even when I try to reset it, it defaults again. Can anyone help? Thanks!
