For CSV files, this doesn't interpret or strip quotes from around values in quoted CSV files. It strictly replaces commas as columns.

This program thinks .txt files are the tab delimited ones instead of .tsv or .tab. If you you can search for strings with with vi, you can use it as a hex editor to change two instances of Txt and two instances of txt to tsv and it'll allow you to select files with the proper file extension (.tsv for tab separated values)

Just edit and find those instances in

ViewCSVTAB.app/Contents/MacOS/ViewCSVTAB-Mac OS (Universal)
