Missing Sync for BlackBerry

If you sync over bluetooth, you want to turn off music and video. It takes a looooong time to sync them. Use a USB cable instead. Contacts and notes are fine over bluettoth.
I use the automatic sync for things I change all the time, like my contacts and schedule. But I use a USB cable to sync everything else.
